Join us at Qumran Family Foundation! QFF is a nonprofit organization founded in 2013 by Hilary Thomas, a compassionate force of change. Seeing the neglected needs of emancipated foster youths in her local community, Hilary set out to make a difference in their lives. Our mission is crystal clear: to pave the way for former foster youths (aged 18 to 28) guiding them towards profound personal and professional growth through a nurturing learning environment.

 

Our dedicated team empowers these motivated youths with professional training and invaluable mindset coaching, both of which are essential for sustainable success in their careers. We focus on equipping them with the skills necessary for independent living, mastering job interviews, and excelling both inside and outside of the workplace. Our training programs are designed to help these young individuals crystalize their personal and professional goals, forge a roadmap to achieve these goals, and prepare to become beacons of support and inspiration for other former foster youths and the broader community.
